It starts out pretty fun, but then in the later levels it requires a mind-numbing amount of grinding that you can only work on at most once every 15 minutes. The time skip tokens need to also fast-forward the time it takes for mission vehicles to return, otherwise they're all but useless.

I'm completely in love with the game now after working back to maximise the previous bases I would love to assist in it's development and give suggestions if you have a discord or something similar the game itself is really good at capturing the delicate balance between actual military life and the freedom of games well done and keep up the good work

Please fix soldiers already at max level but still train. It doesn't make sense at all that they are still in queue for training as they have no added stats when they finished the training session. They should be on "Idle" state already to give more room for recruits to be train. I hope you can consider this fix. Thanks
