After starting the game, click on the round button at the top left to open the menu mod with the following options: Disable attack and block bots (both friendly and enemy); High damage (in the menu mod there will be 2 items - include both); Everyone can use special attacks, even if they are not charged (there will be 2 items in the menu mod - enable both). You use the mod at your own risk - you may be banned for using it!
