I'm a big fan of the Rick and Morty series. Maybe that's why I like it sooo mucch. It has a lot of creative design mortys. I hope there are more tutorials on how to play games. I'm super confused, tutorial would totally level up the gameplay. It's hard to figure it out but it was fun learning cool new tricks and strategies inspired by the show. It could explain the different dimensions and how to navigate them. out

Every time you defeat a Council Rick's your enemies levels go up by 10. So if you've defeated your third, you will be fighting level 30s which is next to impossible if you have 3 tiers of Marty's lined up to fight. Also it takes 15 seconds to make any 1 change in the game, so by the time you do anything significant 5 minutes have passed. Just eats away at your day unnecessarily. (Keep 1 or 2 powerful as heck so nothing can wipe you out!)

The theme is fun, but the gameplay doesn't stand on its own. During battles, the game hides the type of enemy when you have a chance to switch characters. If you pick wrongly, it means you can't afford to fight as many battles, so it feels arbitrary. And, not only is it easy to skip battles, its also necessary to get through each level intact. Playing the game as "intended" is a game of chance with poor odds and many redos. But skipping battles is too easy, so that's not fun either.
