Simple, well-polished retro style game with heaps of interesting character abilities and repayable levels. Ultimately let down by *very* punishing difficulty demanding split-second reflexes, paired with delayed-input swipe-gesture controls. Frustrating af. Dear Devs, recommend stop-time (freeze game update) while finger is down on touchscreen, resume when finished swiping

I want to love it, but... The generally excellent visuals and soundtrack can't make the sadistic controls any less painful. I can't play for more than a couple of levels without getting too frustrated to keep playing.

Phenomenal artstyle and music. The developer (s) needs some kind of recognition for best pixel art animation in a mobile game because this stuff is top tier. The attention to detail is just ridiculous. I'm getting Mega Man vibes here too. PICK UP THIS GAME. Just a note to the dev, my device is having an issue where the text in some dialogs overlaps the container slightly. If you want screenshots, reply with an email and I can help you debug. 5/5, pick it up.
