I enjoy the programs it has, and it goes up at a gradual pace. I'm not doing the days as designated, but after 80+ workouts, I have noticed results and have gone down a pants size. Don't think of this as a quick fix, but more of a lifestyle incorporation along with a good diet. The app is neat and also allows you to build your own workout routines or go for preprogrammed ones. I do recommend it, but always consult with your doctor if you have preexisting conditions.

Used it for the past couple of years, although not consistently, but when I set myself on using it properly then it always yielded good results in 30 days already. So they honor their promise. Well done! Also, I love their UI has remained consistent without any stupid cliché, trending features etc. Just straight to what you need, user friendly and non-invasive ads. Only tip: rework the icon logo! I was about to skip on this app because I thought it was for women only!

Well done! Also, I love their UI has remained consistent without any stupid cliché, trending features etc. Just straight to what you need, user friendly and non-invasive ads. Only tip: rework the icon logo! I was about to skip on this app because I thought it was for women only!

Simple and minimalist. Neutral concise instructions. No irritating encouragement and motivation, no upbeat music, nothing cutesy. There are ads on the free version but no distracting features.

个人体验下来,开始的运动都是困难的,两个星期后,明显感觉变简单了,可能是体能好起来了吧。 本人选择是从初级开始练习的,一个月后体重变化不大,但是腹部变得有线条!虽然不明显,是有的 坚持就可以看到效果~ 现在是中级接着练…… 建议你们从简单到困难比较好,不要心急,还有里面的休息日是一个很好的偷懒日子:rolling_on_the_floor_laughing: 其实里面有解释为什么要有休息日,就是为了让疼痛的肌肉恢复与生长 吃东西那方面我没有特别节食或者调整饮食习惯,因为自己本身吃得也不多。 但是如果是每天外食的朋友或者大吃大喝的,需要控制一下饮食,不然燃烧的卡路里追不上摄入的卡路里。
