Fun for about an hour. Unfortunately, play keeps halting for ads, even if you don't select something that requires an ad to get. Apart from that, it's just not challenging enough. Once you've got about 40 tenants, money comes in all the time, enough for you to buy lots more apartments etc. You don't need to address any problems at the apartments except unpaid rent. Just ignore inspections etc., and you can keep on playing.

Cool idea, but man is the programing bad. Like VERY bad. Game crashes after about a minute. If I try to interact with a tenant it crashes. If I move the screen too fast it crashes. Almost anything causes it to crash. Sometimes it even crashes immediately after loading up and on occasion it crashes while loading up. Pretty awful experience.

It worked fine, at first, and I loved it besides all of the ads that could easily be solved by going out of the app and back in. However, now, it won't let me move in the game. I'm trying to go up to see my tenants, and the screen won't move so that I may see anything. I checked other apps and games, and this is the only one doing this!

Игра супер , детализация ,, всё ! Но есть ОГРОМНЫЙ минус , если выйти ч игры хоть раз ,, она зависает у лифта , и все , единственное что можно сделать это удалить и скачать заново эту игру , но все равно ,, выйти когда-то же придётся , и этот баг повторится ,, решите проблему , иначе не играбельно .

Перестали просматриваться квартиры. Обновила игру и она началась заново, да ещё и ничего не делается в ней, нажала на кнопку "построить", она стала не активной, но ничего так и не построилось. Удаляю.
